How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BudgetPro → Cancel Subscription. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → BudgetPro → Cancel. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of your 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged at the plan rate you selected (monthly or annual). To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via your device's subscription settings.
How does auto-renewal work?
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). Apple or Google charges your payment method within 24 hours before the renewal date. You'll receive a receipt from Apple or Google confirming each charge. To stop auto-renewal, cancel your subscription in your device settings.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by BudgetPro. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund. For Android, contact Google Play support. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us at support@budgetpro.app and we will help you resolve the issue.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using bcrypt. Your financial data is stored securely on our servers and is never sold to third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app's Settings page.
Can I use BudgetPro in Arabic?
Yes! BudgetPro fully supports Arabic with a complete right-to-left (RTL) layout throughout the app, including all screens, menus, and transaction lists. Change your language in Settings → Language. All number formatting adapts to your selected language as well.
What currencies are supported?
BudgetPro supports 30+ currencies including AED (UAE Dirham), USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR, EGP, JOD, and many more. Set your preferred currency in Settings → Currency. You can also track transactions in different currencies within the same account.
Does BudgetPro work offline?
You can view previously loaded data without an internet connection. However, adding or editing transactions, syncing data across devices, and loading new reports require an active internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
How do recurring transactions work?
Recurring transactions automatically appear in your transaction list on their scheduled date. Set them up from the Recurring tab — choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), amount, category, and start date. BudgetPro handles the rest. You can edit or delete recurring transactions at any time.
What data is backed up?
All your transactions, accounts, categories, savings goals, recurring transactions, and app settings are stored securely on our servers and synced across your devices. This means your data is safe even if you delete the app or switch to a new phone — simply sign in to restore everything.
Can I export my data?
Data export is available to Pro subscribers. You can export your transactions as a CSV file from the Reports screen. This allows you to open your transaction history in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Deleting the app does not delete your account or data — your information remains on our servers and is restored when you reinstall the app and sign in. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and removes all your data within 30 days.
I was charged but my Pro subscription isn't active. What should I do?
First, try restoring your purchase by going to the paywall screen and tapping 'Restore Purchases'. If your subscription is still not active after restoring, contact us at support@budgetpro.app with your Apple ID or Google account email and the date of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I use BudgetPro on multiple devices?
Yes. BudgetPro syncs your data across all devices where you sign in with the same account. Your Pro subscription also applies to all your devices — you only need one subscription per account.
