1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BudgetPro mobile application ("App") or any associated web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

BudgetPro is a personal finance management application that helps users track income, expenses, savings goals, and budgets. The App is offered in two tiers:

• Free tier — limited to 1 account and 5 categories, with no access to recurring transactions, savings goals, or reports.
• Pro tier — unlimited accounts, categories, recurring transactions, savings goals, and full reporting access, available via paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

BudgetPro Pro is available as a subscription on the following terms:

• Monthly subscription — billed monthly. Price displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency.
• Annual subscription — billed once per year at a discounted rate. Price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial of BudgetPro Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID or Google account.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your BudgetPro Pro subscription at any time:

• On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BudgetPro → Cancel Subscription
• On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BudgetPro → Cancel subscription
• Via App: Profile tab → Go Pro → Manage Subscription

After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play Support. BudgetPro does not directly process refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@budgetpro.app and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the relevant store.

7. User Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Not share your account credentials with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial or free tier limitations.

9. Intellectual Property

BudgetPro and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the App's design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BudgetPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Financial data displayed in the App is based solely on information you enter — it is not financial advice, and we are not responsible for financial decisions made based on App data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
